You can still chose to have a memorial service if you are a survivor of miscarriage. Contact your religious advisor about this. When I miscarried after my son´s death, I had a small memorial service and we chose a non-traditional service at the park. My close friends and family gathered with me. I spoke a few words, then planted a tree in his memory.
