The FTC has a funeral rule, and it must be adhered to by all funeral directors when starting to make funeral arrangements with a family. In the past, there was so much abuse, the FTC now monitors this trade.
Legitimate complaints to the Federal Trade Commission and other regulatory agencies are very important.

The purchase of all product for funeral arrangements, such as caskets - outside of the funeral home is permitted, and if anyone tries to stop your freedom of choice, they need to be reported.
